Jasmine Silver Needle White Tea

Jasmine Silver Needle White Tea is a high grade, speciality tea, unique to Fujian Province, China. Harvested in the spring, from the new season’s growth, spring harvested teas are naturally high in antioxidants. The Silver Needle White Tea is layered with freshly-harvested Jasmine flowers, and left overnight allowing the Jasmine aroma to naturally scent the tea. The result is a sweet, floral tea that can be drunk at any time of day.

 

Countess Grey

Description

A twist on the traditional bergamot-infused blend, Countess Grey is based on well-twisted orange pekoe teas, lifted by classic bergamot and a light orange flavour. Its light and delicate character makes it ideal for morning or afternoon drinking, when the spirits require a little reviving.

Our subtle twist on the classic Earl Grey, with sweet notes of orange citrus. Light, refreshing and particularly enjoyable al fresco, it pairs wonderfully with fresh summer fruits like strawberries, or sipped alongside a bowl of muesli, fresh yoghurt and honey.

How to Brew

For every cup you wish to make, add a rounded teaspoon of leaves to your pot. Add freshly-boiled water, brew for 3-5 minutes, place your strainer over your cup and pour. For tea bags, simply brew in your cup for 3-5 minutes, remove and enjoy.
